Crosby & Higgins LLP has been retained by TEG Enterprises, Inc. to prosecute breach of contract, negligence and punitive damages claims against Register.com and eNom, Inc., among other defendants, arising out of the allegedly wrongful transfer of a valuable domain name belonging to Plaintiff.  The lawsuit, filed in New York State Supreme Court, Kings County, seeks significant compensatory and punitive damages exceeding $24 million.
