| Kimberly Savage | (646) 452-2308 | Kimberly Savage is an associate at Crosby & Higgins LLP, were she is involved in all aspects of business litigation and intellectual property matters. Ms. Savage received her law degree, magna cum laude, from New York Law School in 2008, where she was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar, Associate Editor of the New York Law School Law Review, and a member of the Institute for Information Law and Policy. Her law school studies were concentrated in intellectual property and information law, with her capstone project focusing on the complex issues arising when traditional intellectual property rights and modern digital environments collide. Ms. Savage received her B.A., magna cum laude, from The Catholic University of America where she concentrated in Media Studies.
In addition to business litigation, Ms. Savage is deeply interested in intellectual property law, particularly trademark and copyright issues. Before joining Crosby & Higgins LLP, she was the Senior Legal Assistant at Newsweek magazine where she handled rights and permission requests for all editions of the magazine as well as assisted in the preparation of various license and authorship agreements.
Ms. Savage is currently awaiting admission to practice law in New York. |
