Saville Mallach serves as Of Counsel to Crosby & Higgins LLP where he practices corporate law.  Mr. Mallach graduated from law school in 1990, and is admitted to practice as an attorney in the State of New York and in South Africa.  He obtained B.A., LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from the University of Cape Town, and a second LL.M. degree in international law from Georgetown University.  He previously practiced as an attorney in New York and Washington, DC with two prominent international law firms, Dewey Ballantine LLP and Steptoe & Johnson LLP.

 

Mr. Mallach's corporate experience includes the representation of Fortune 100 corporations, multinational organizations, investment advisers, closely held businesses and start-up technology firms.  He has participated in multimillion dollar M&A and securities transactions, and is knowledgeable in the negotiation of shareholder and partnership agreements, franchise arrangements, and employment contracts.  Mr. Mallach also has experience in corporate governance, regulatory law and business immigration. 

 

Mr. Mallach is an active member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  He is married with two sons.
