Mark R. Crosby began his legal career after graduating from The Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1987. Since starting his practice as an associate with the New York law offices of Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon, Mr. Crosby has been involved with an impressive array of business litigation and intellectual property matters, including numerous trials at the New York State Supreme Court, as well as appellate practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Appellate Division of the New York State Supreme Court. In 1997, Mr. Crosby left the Wildman Firm to start his own practice concentrating on business litigation and intellectual property. Since then, Mr. Crosby has built a diversified portfolio of clients that includes The General Electric Company and the Stax Museum of American Soul Music. In addition, Mr. Crosby advises a variety of artists and athletes in their dealings with major agency, publishing and record companies, including Universal, Time Warner, HBO, and PBS. Mr. Crosby is admitted to all state and federal courts in New York and is also a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Crosby is also an avid photographer and the author of two published books of photography. As well, Mr. Crosby has served as executive producer of a PBS concert film nationally broadcast in August 2003, and is currently serving as a co-producer for an HBO film due for release in 2006. Mr. Crosby is an active member of the creative community and has represented numerous artists and arts related organizations on a pro bono basis for over 15 years. |
