Carolyn A. Klos is an associate at Crosby & Higgins LLP, were she is involved in all aspects of business litigation and intellectual property matters. Ms. Klos received her B.A. cum laude in 2001 from Florida State University where she studied advertising at the College of Communication. Ms. Klos thereafter earned her law degree from New York Law School in 2007, where she was elected to the Order of Barristers for high achievement on the Moot Court Association. Ms. Klos participated in a number of moot court competitions while at NYLS, including the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Law Moot Court Competition, where she won the award for best brief and best team.

In addition to complex business litigation, Ms. Klos is interested in entertainment and media law. Before joining Crosby & Higgins LLP, she worked at Platinum Rye Entertainment, where she assisted in the negotiation and drafting of music licensing agreements and over-scale talent contracts. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Klos also managed the production of radio and television commercials for a national advertising agency in Atlanta.

Ms. Klos is admitted to practice law in New York.
