September 1, 2010 --  Crosby & Higgins LLP this month filed for arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in a breach of contract action brought on behalf of a successful public relations company based in Washington, DC. The submission before AAA seeks damages arising out Respondent’s failure to pay for certain public relations and marketing services, and seeks an accounting and other equitable relief to determine royalty payments owed based upon the parties’ revenue sharing agreement.
