Megan Sullivan is an associate at Crosby & Higgins LLP, where she is involved in all aspects of business litigation and securities arbitration. Ms. Sullivan received her law degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2011, where she was Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Law, and a member of the Courtroom Advocates Project. Her law school studies were concentrated in commercial and securities law, with her paramount project focusing on the current issues facing mandatory consumer arbitration and Congress’s efforts to reform the Federal Arbitration Act. Ms. Sullivan received her B.A. from The University of California, Los Angeles in 2008 as a member of the Rho Lambda and Order of Omega Honors Societies, with a major in History, where her studies were concentrated on the progression of American Intellectualism.

In addition to business litigation, Ms. Sullivan is deeply interested in corporate and securities law. Before joining Crosby & Higgins LLP, she was a Legal Extern at Grand Army Managed Enterprises, LLC where she handled all aspects of its pending commercial litigation and assisted in-house counsel with corporate compliance and regulatory matters.
